Q : Why would I need a Personal Trainer (Devil)?

A : The benefits of having a Devil hovering over your left shoulder are endless. Experience the feeling of having a friendly Devil standing over you, pushing you to and above the limits that would otherwise hinder your progress. It is not only about having someone tell you which exercises to do and how many repetitions to aim for - it is more about having a fitness professional guiding you through each repetition and making sure that your technique is flawless and your timing is adhered to. 

A Devil will provide continuously changing training regimes that will work specifically for your physique and stamina, as well as nutrition plans focused around any religious/cultural/ethical beliefs. A Devil is there to bring out 100% of your focus. Half the work is already achieved by designing a routine schedule of weekly training sessions and moulding other personal activities around your training times. 


How long does it take to see results?

: Each person is genetically different and the body responds differently to the same programs. This means that each client will have a program specifically designed for their body. Generally speaking, four to six weeks are required in order to see the beginning of a long-desired physical transformation. 

There is better news though! Rather than waiting four to six weeks for a physical change, the mental transformation will occur within the first two weeks of sticking to a hardcore training programme, and this is more beneficial than any physical improvement in the given time frame. Mental stamina improvement will be useful in all aspects of life, and falling into a healthy regime is the best step to take to turn your life around.


What makes you different from other trainers?

: I not only talk the talk, I walk the talk and run the talk and create the talk. I have over a decade in the competitive sports industry, countless national and international gold medals in swimming and over five years in the training industry. All my clients have achieved their results, and a few have made it to the highest levels of their field (swimmers, runners, models etc.). I have over seven years of extensive physiology studies, therapy studies, nutrition knowledge, and psychology depth. If there is something I do not know I am more than happy to refer you onto someone who does know, pride and arrogance is not part of my service.

Q : Do you charge extra for nutrition plans? Are there any additional costs I need to know about?

: There are no surprises, no surplus fees and no additional charges for changing regimes. Everything you need to pay for will be discussed in full before signing an agreement and from there on out, it's smooth sailing. If anything, there are discounts available for referrals and group sessions (TBA). Each plan comes with free measurements and bi-weekly progress figures.

When choosing a training plan that suits you, there is no changing your mind. If deciding to cut the regime short, there will be no refund for the remaining time. This is a good way to motivate you to show up on time and do the full sessions per week to get more than your money's worth. 


Where would we train?

: I am not contracted to any one gym, I travel to clients' gyms and work 24/7. I am based in Auckland city and so will work in and around the city. Some gyms do not like having external trainers help their paying patrons but something can always be figured out, just let the Devil handle the details.
